Undergraduate thesis.

The incidents within logistics companies have been increasing due to the rise of e-commerce and digital markets. This research aims to investigate AO Freight Logistics Corporations compliance with OSH standards and identify associated risks to create an Occupational Safety and Health Manual for minimizing workplace accidents. To accomplish this, a quantitative-correlational research design was used, incorporating conclusions from 75 studies and literature. The research involved all 83 AO Freight Logistics Corporation employees from various branches who completed a survey questionnaire. The findings indicated that AO Freight Logistics Corporation complies with Occupational Safety and Health standards. The company has identified non-compliance with OSH standards, including a lack of monthly check-ups for employees, absence of a company nurse, and employees not wearing personal protective equipment when on duty. There is no system in place to track employee compliance with OSH standards. The research suggests creating an Occupational Safety and Health Manual to emphasize the importance of following these guidelines to minimize workplace risks.
