The Olivarez College E-Clearance System is a web-based platform designed to make the clearance process easier for college students and faculty members. The system also introduces various ways to minimize waste which are still existing in manual system. For example, it directly tackles issues like paperwork delays, long waiting times, and limited tracking options. The purpose of this system is to complete the tasks inefficiently done by the manual clearance method which include delays, excessive paperwork, and no real-time tracking through utilizing a convenient digital platform which is centralized and accessible.
