Here the respondents, on the other hand, are graded according to the actual score they got in the 21 item test categorized by the 7 basic principles of ethics seen above. The result of the academic performance of the respondents revealed that out of 46 NCM 104 nursing students, 32 or 69.57% out of 46 respondents failed to pass the 21 item exam. About 12 or 26.06% out of 46 respondents manage to pass the exam, and only 2 respondents or 4.35% out of 46 are ranked average. The significant relationship between the level of understanding and practice on the basic principle of bioethics among the respondents isat 0.05 level of significance with the critical value of 0.90 revealed the R-value at 0.21319 showing the degree of relationship on the level of understanding as with the level of practice on the basic principle of bio-ethics of the respondents affirms low correlation between the two the correlation tells us how the two variables are related. If the correlation is positive, the two variables have a positive relationship as one increases, the other also increases. If the correlation is negative, the two variables have a negative relationship as one increase, the other decreases. In conclusion, the respondents' level of practice or the performance of the 46 NCM 104 nursing students in Olivarez College on imparting the basic principle of bioethics in rendering care is far more efficient with most of the principle done regularly during clinical performance, as evidence seen on Chapter III, tables 1-7; which can never or with low correlation to the respondents basic understanding of the principle of ethics revealing 32 out of 46 students failed, with 12 on the passing rate, and only 2 students manage to be on the average level as shown on Chapter III table 8. Meaning, that the level of understanding of student is inferior with the level of clinical practice of NCM 104 students in Olivarez College Conveying these figures reveals the significant difference of both rather than its correlation with one another.
