Students. Students need to learn to be understanding to the needs of the clinical instructors. Students have to realize that clinical instructors are human beings and do not know everything, they also get tired, and get hurt with things and comment students say or do. Students have to learn to be sensitive about the feelings of their clinical instructors. Job conditions. The school administrations play a big role in improving the job condition of their employees. A better job condition makes a happy and satisfied employee. Having longer work hours and shift works, hectic routine task and lack of opportunity are just some of the things that need to be looked into by the administration. It is never good to have unhappy employees. This would greatly affect their performance and this would greatly affect the institution itself. Conclusions From the trends established in the findings of the study, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Clinical instructors, with regards to their relationship with their co-workers, encounter less stressful situations when the co-workers have a lot of patience, caring and compassionate Clinical Instructors with regards to their relationship with the students encounter stressful situations when students were overly dependent and students were demanding Clinical Instructors with regards to their relationship with the job conditions encounter stressful situations when clinical instructors have long work hours with shift work and lack of participation by workers in decision making and job insecurities as well as lack of opportunities. 2. Clinical instructors commonly used management practices of assessing responses to the stressful situations and compared to normal situations, set realistic goals and take time to reflect on life, focusing on what was done right to talk with a trusted friend/colleague. 3. There is a significant relationship between the stressful situations encountered by Clinical Instructors and their management practices in relation to their co- workers, students and job conditions, in that, they would be able to test their coping mechanisms to deal with stress in either positive or negative situations. Recommendations In the light of the conclusions drawn, the following recommendations are forwarded: 1. Having a harmonious relationship with people that one works with is important. They become the support group and are always the people one asks for help. Co-workers develop into a family that sustains camaraderie in time of difficulty. Maintaining a good relationship with one another creates a better bond that will be helpful in the future. Clinical instructors and students should be given adequate recreational activities outside the school to relax, to unwind and to divert their minds from stresses encountered. Clinical instructors could ask the Health Related Science Department regarding their workloads, in order for them not to become stressed; they can also ask help through good interaction with the co-workers, so that the stressful situations could be prevented. 2. Clinic instructors should continue with their stress management practices. Loving the profession is a basic tool in satisfying their way of life. In addition, they should further establish rapport and motivate themselves through good interaction to the rest of the group. Once in a while, focus on the positive side of the profession; be open-minded to changes that may arise to easily cope, and make certain actions 3. Clinical instructors should be well-versed in anticipating the occurrence of stressful situation in her/his work area in order to prevent it from affecting harmonious relationship that exists between students and co-workers as well as the efficiency of the work performed.
