Summary, etc. This study assessed the motivational factors and job satisfaction levels of nurse educators in Olivarez College. It was specifically directed towards answering the following sub-problems: 1. What are motivational factors that affect the nurse educators? 2. What are the job satisfaction levels of nurse educators? 3. What are the motivational factors and job satisfaction levels to nurse educators? In the light of the Findings of this Investigation, the following conclusions were drawn; 1. That our respondents, the nurse educators are fairly satisfied with their job and motivated enough 2. Some of the respondents answered that they are dissatisfied and strongly dissatisfied with their job 3. Only few of the respondents answered that they are satisfied and strongly satisfied with their Based from the findings and conclusions of the study, the researchers would like to recommend the following for: Nurse Educators 1. This study is essential to the nurse educators for improving their job performance for them to be satisfied 2. 3. To lessen the dissatisfactions regarding their job Nurse educators will determine how to be motivated 4. 5. To determine how are they satisfied with their job They will identify what are the factors that will motivated them Level coordinator: 1. The level coordinator will know how to handle his/her staff well 2. Will be able to determine the factors that motivate the nurse educators 3. Will be able to know the dissatisfactions and satisfactions of nurse educators regarding their job IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY The importance of the study is to determine what are the job satisfaction levels and factors that motivate the nurse educators. This study is all about the motivational factors and job satisfaction levels of nurse educators in Olivarez College. In every profession of an individual employee, needs to be satisfied and motivated to be able to fulfill their Job goal.
