Summary, etc. The study focuses on capacities to deliver instruction, effective teaching strategies employed by teachers in facilitating online learning system classes and assessing learning to promoting compendium of relevant ict-based techniques of thirty (30) selected grade 4, 5, and 6 online teachers in Habay Elementary School, Bacoor City. It utilized quantitative-descriptive of data using research-made survey questionnaire. The descriptive survey was administered to identify to gauge the capacity of teachers to teach online along the following tenets: Technical Skills, Experience with Online Teaching and Learning, and effectiveness of the common strategies employed by teachers in facilitating online learning system along the following tenets: Learning Management System and platforms utilized; Teaching-learning modality; Teaching strategies and techniques; Learning activities online; and Mode of learning assessment. You sent Results showed that the teachers were highly confident in technical skills and confident in their online teaching experience, these contributed to the improvement of the online learning experience of the pupils. Teachers also have a sufficient understanding on the critical role that they play in the learning process during the pandemic as they are highly confident that the different strategies, they employ in facilitating online classes. The learning outcomes of the learners were a direct result of the different teaching strategies employed by the teachers.
