Summary, etc. This study aimed to determine the important of healthy lifestyle for young executives. 1. What is the Profile of the respondents in terms of: 1.1age, 1.2gender, 1.3weight, 1.4 heights, 1.5 nature of work, and 1.6 nutritional status? 2. How do the respondents perceive the following factor that affects nutrition? 2.1 proper dieting and malnutrition 2.2malnourishment and social, psychological dimension, and 2.3healthy leaving and physical activity? 3. Is there a significant difference on the perception of the two groups of the respondents as to factors in number 2 that affects nutrition and obesity? Hypothesis There is no significant difference on the perception of the respondents as to factors in number 2 that affect nutrition and obesity. Findings 1. Personal Profile of the Respondents in terms of 1.1Age, table1 showed that 50% of the respondents ranged from 20-25 years old. 25% ranged from 26-30 years old, 25 ranged form 31-35 years old 1.2job description. In Table2 showed that 80% of them composed male respondents having The important findings of this research were as follows. a white collar jobs, Conclusions From the findings of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Most of the respondents were obese or had malnutrition because of their poor eating habit. 2. Most of them were not concerned with their diet, food intake and weight. they only do the thing what they were most comfortable. Most of them ate too much yet moved as little that caused their obesity or malnutrition. 3. The causes of their malnutrition were their vices like smoking cigarettes, drinking beer, Recommendations The following recommendations were derived from the findings and conclusions stated thus. 1. Eat Variety of Foods Everyday, since no single food or food groups can supply all these essential nutrients, eating of variety of foods daily is one way of ensuring an adequate diet. 2. Achieve and maintain desirable body weight, under nutrition and over nutrition and over nutrition, manifested as underweight and overweight, respectively, have similar consequences on individuals in terms of reduced life span, increased susceptibility to diseases, reduced productivity and lowered quality of life in general. 3. Practice a healthy lifestyle, be moderate in what every one eats and drinks: avoid smoking and control stress; maintain good dental health. Wise meal planning strategies do not suggest complete avoidance of specific foods but instead judicious food. Fat especially, saturated fat, salt, sugar, alcohol and junk food are to be avoided always and without fail.
