Summary, etc. Due to the underperforming procurement system in the Philippine Army, the present study is conceived. The researcher, who is part of the Philippine Army for ten (10) years, with a rank as Corporal, and currently assigned as a procurement Non-Commissioned Officer, believes that an effort to rationalize this complexity is highly needed which is to innovate its present procurement system towards achieving efficient supply management outcome. Moreover, she is certain enough that adequate spending on new capital equipment is vital to ensure a modern, well-equipped military. Nevertheless, the continued inability to spend funds on procurement will disclose a negative impact resulting in an extensive procurement backlog on the needed equipment of the Philippine Army organization and creating capability gaps among the soldiers. The researcher utilized a qualitative descriptive research method using questionnaires among 170 respondents, with 85 Procurement Officers and 85 Procurement Enlisted Personnel assigned from Headquarters and Headquarters Support Group, Philippine Army. Findings revealed that there are problem occurs in the procurement system of Philippine Army. Henceforth, this causes the sufficiency of personnel and long process of procurement. Thus, there is a need to innovate the current procurement system towards achieving efficient supply management outcome. Nevertheless, the need to train personnel to manage procurement of the Philippine Army is needed to address these perineal problems. To act to this, there is a need to create an action plan to improve the Philippine Army Procurement System.
