Summary, etc. This study was conducted to assess the level of effectiveness of Online Blended Instruction in Military Skills Acquisition of ROTC Cadets in Manila in terms of Process and Method, Military Skills Acquisition, Instructors Competence, and Cadets' Performance. The data needed for the conduct of study were gathered using the researcher-constructed questionnaire distributed and accomplished thru Google Form by the 130 respondents composed of 80 ROTC Cadets and 50 ROTC Instructors randomly selected from the different Army ROTC units in Manila City. The output of the study aims to provide the ROTC Administrators a guide for a more effective ROTC program implementation in a new setting. This helps enhance teaching strategies and approaches for effective instruction towards military skills acquisition of the ROTC Cadets in Manila City. Results showed that majority of the respondents are younger generation for they are the ROTC cadets. The Armed Forces of the Philippines is training the younger generations for the defense of the state as it is the primary duty of every citizen. Further, the Reserve Command, Philippine Army can also adopt the result of this study for a nationwide implementation of the ROTC Program. The researcher used a quantitative method to observe situations or events that affect people and to produce objective data that can be clearly communicated through statistics and figures. The output of this study which is the Action Plan will enhance the teaching strategies in Online Blended Instruction for ROTC Program implementation in the New Normal Setting. Further, the Reserve Command, Philippine Army can utilized the result of this study for the nationwide implementation in the Army ROTC Program.
