520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they have continued exposure by working in these stressful conditions, so this study was conducted to establish baseline information on the training and unforeseen experiences of the NCRRCDG reservists. A deep understanding of the problems encountered during the conduct of relief and rescue operations and the proposed measures may be used as the basis for a proposed action plan on enhancing the level of capability of NCRRCDG reservists' rescue operations. The researcher utilizes a Quantitative Descriptive research design as this method provides quantitative responses, which will be based on the information collected from the Enlisted Personnel and the Commissioned Officers groups. In particular, their responses to the numeric survey questions were used to explore, identify, and critically analyze the implications of aspects related to the security of tenure of the military respondents according to Republic Act 6656. 91 enlisted personnel and ten commissioned officers responded to the study. There is a significant difference in the assessments of the two groups of respondents on the level of capability of NCRRCDG rescue operations during Covid 19 pandemic in terms of Organization, Training, Equipment and logistical support, and mobilization. In th{rlig}s context, there should be an increase in personnel mobility and not be hindered by social distancing rules. At the same time, the time of response due to COVID-19 restrictions should be minimized, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should be appropriately provided.
