Summary, etc. The study intended to analyze the factors affecting attrition rate among employees of selected laboratory and diagnostic clinics in Las Piñas City. The output of the study aimed to provide the management with the perspective; ability to evaluate, measure and improve productivity and performance through relevant and systemized information for decision making. In gathering the data, produce information and achieve its purposes, the researcher utilized the qualitative descriptive correlational method through a self-assessment survey disseminated to 40 employees across four laboratory and diagnostics clinics in Las Piñas City. Results showed that most of the respondents are classified as those who are in early adult age. The younger workforce demonstrates competitiveness, and efficiency, and can easily deal with any changing up-to-date technology which makes them employed by the laboratory and diagnostics clinic industry. Consequently, the relationship between the employees' productivity, performance, and length of their stay at work in each laboratory and diagnostics clinic where they are hired is determined by different factors which affect their attrition rate. Thus, this research aimed to provide input for the development of an employee retention program. Through this, there are different proposed programs to improve each company's implementation of human resource management operation program as a part of business continuous developments which will acknowledge people and culture at work by providing meaningful benefits, ongoing training, workplace environment, and mission and values alignment.
