Summary, etc. The study intended to analyze the efficiency and performance of employees of General Services Office by assessing their maturity level and its progression through digital transformation. The output of the study aims to provide the management the perspective; ability to evaluate, measure and improve productivity and performance through relevant and systemized information for decision making. To capture data, produce information and achieve its purposes, the researcher utilized the quantitative descriptive correlational method through a self-assessment survey disseminated to 121 employees of Parañaque City General Services Office. Most of the respondents to this study were aged 36 to 40, with the majority being women who are mostly single. It is also notable that the majority had graduated college and been with the City Government of Parañaque for about 1-5 years. It was observed that Parañaque City General Services Office has a high efficiency (H.E.) in managing transactions in terms of its clientele and personnel complement while being rated efficient (E) in terms of equipment and facilities. Findings further show a significant difference between the Paranaque City General Services Office in managing transactions across its variables: objectives, personnel complement, equipment, and facilities. However, respondents perceived that problems exist ranging from outdated software and computer hardware and peripherals to addressing common experiences of encountering angry customers and the required skills to handle them appropriately. Consequently, it is highly recommended to include network and system upgrades and restructuring of connectivity, as well as a good guideline to apologize for the upset clientele, show responsibility, and encourage satisfaction from clients. This study contributes to the organizational improvements of government offices through the implementation of Paranaque City General Services Office Transformation Program as part of organizational continuous improvements.
