| Summary, etc. | The study intended to investigate and determine the needs of junior high school teachers in terms of their professional growth and the need to upskill and reskill their teaching skills. Based on the study explores teacher demographics, classroom environment, teacher performance, and learning environment variability. The survey involved mostly females (81.82%), with the most common age groups being 25-30 (30.91%) and 41-45 (21.82%). Regarding tenure, 50.91% had 4-10 years, 36.36% had 0-3 years, and 29.09% had over 10 years. Analysis suggests a welcoming and supportive environment for diverse learners The study examined lesson planning, instructional collaboration, and resource selection. Findings indicate effective lesson planning that considers diverse needs. Moderate to high collaboration with students on instructional methods, with room for improvement in using feedback and strong ability to identify and use various teaching resources There was no statistically significant difference in the learning environment and learner diversity variance across the three analyzed groups. Bascd on the findings, a professional development seminar is proposed for Grade 10 teachers to address identified areas for improvement. |
