Summary, etc. This study aims to examine and compare infant care practices in urban and rural areas, with the goal of analyzing the differences and similarities in infant care practices within these communities. Utilizing the experiences and knowledge of mothers in urban and rural settings as a basis for the study, an analysis of infant care practices was conducted. By gaining insight into the disparities and similarities in infant care practices between urban and rural communities, the findings of this study can be utilized to develop health awareness initiatives and educational programs for planning and implementing health care interventions that address the needs of both urban and rural communities, ultimately the researchers chose a seminar on health education specifically catered for breastfeeding and immunization aiming to improve the overall health of infants and young children. The researchers utilized quantitative study in this study; it is the process of collecting and analyzing numerical data. A correlational design was chosen for the research study which involves the collection and analysis of numerical data to study the relationship between variables. The study is specifically comparing the infant care practices between urban and rural areas, with the aim of providing a basis for health advocacy. Based on the findings of the data the researchers obtained throughout the duration of the study, significant variations in breastfeeding and immunization behaviors were found between rural and urban areas based on statistical analysis. Compared to mothers in urban areas, rural mothers were more impacted by the factors that had been found to influence breastfeeding decisions. In contrast, mothers in urban areas expressed a more favorable opinion of vaccination than mothers in rural areas. On the other hand, it is also evident in the findings that sections need to take action to create a positive environment and healthy life for an infant.
