520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This study aimed to investigate an in depth lived experience and explore the challenges encountered by a person with an LGBTQ partner who is HIV-positive. The central questions focused on the intersectional identities of these individuals, his coping strategies, his experiences and attitudes affecting societal engagement, and the existing interventions and support services available for him. A descriptive case study design was used, focusing on interpreting the lived experiences of a college student with an LGBTQ partner who is HIV-positive. Data were gathered through interviews, and a purposive sampling method was used to select the participant. The participant was a 34-year-old Information Technology college student who is in a serodiscordant relationship with an HIV-positive partner from the LGBTQ community. The data analysis procedure included a qualitative analysis of the participant{92}s responses to the interview questions. Narrative analysis was utilized to further investigate the data and then interpret and comprehend their meaning. The respondent{92}s journey highlighted personal growth, acceptance, and resilience in the face of adversity. Despite initial fear and concern, the respondent gradually disclosed his partner{92}s HIV status to the family and friends, demonstrating the importance of open communication and support in managing such situations. THe respondent{92}s experience underscores the importance of proper information dissemination, HIV awareness, and support from family and friends in dealing with a partner{92}s HIV diagnosis. It also highlights the individual{92}s journey of acceptance and the decision to support their partner in seeking treatment. The respondent{92}s emphasis on the crucial role of family support in strengthening serodiscordant relationships, and the advice for others not to fear or be ashamed of who they are, underscores the importance of acceptance, enjoyment, and respect for others. The respondent{92}s journey is a powerful narrative of acceptance, resilience and love in the face of adversity. It underscores the importance of practicing safe sex, personal growth, open communication, support from family and friends, and self-acceptance in managing the challenges of being in a serodiscordant relationship. It also highlights the need for broader societal acceptance of LGBTQ relationships and individuals living with HIV, underscoring the importance of societal acceptance in validating their love and existence. This study contributes to the understanding of the lived experiences of individuals in serodiscordant relationships within the LGBTQ community.
