520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This study investigates the factors contributing to burnout among radiologic technologists, focusing on their experiences in selected hospitals in Parañaque City. It suggests various supportive activities, such as mindfulness and wellness initiatives, collaborative support programs, work-life balance encouragement, mental health resource expansion, and intervention programs, to prioritize well-being and build resilience. The findings suggest providing a supportive and long-lasting learning environment, monitoring workload levels, prioritizing tasks, and providing adequate staffing. Self-care activities, additional manpower, upgrading facilities, conducting seminars, and implementing resilience-building programs can help radiologists become more resilient and manage stress related to their jobs.
