Summary, etc. In the Philippines, the care for persons with disability is visible through the different benefits given by the government. However, the experiences of the PWD{92}s do not get easier by just giving discounts. This research paper aimed to expand awareness and advocate for equity towards citizens in the southern part of metro manila specifically to Persons with Disabilities. In this study, the researcher utilized a qualitative approach with phenomenological research method to examine what the PWD experienced in their daily lives. The methodologies and questions utilized in the research were subjected to the ethical review board of the institution. As it shows, people with disabilities are experiencing discrimination about their capabilities. The results showed that all the person with disability who participated in the study are experiencing discrimination in different ways in the medical field in their professional life. Participants experience that there are limited resources for their situation in their workplace and in the hospital setting. There are persons with disability that are being treated as normal but then there are those who are forced to be treated the normal way and not in the way they need to be treated. The study can be used for the future researcher to provide them with an additional reference for their research related to this study and to implement a better program or advocacy for PWDs and for those people to open their minds that PWD discrimination is not all about verbal. That people with disability have unique needs and should not be treated in a monotonous way. The consideration that these groups of people are also diverse and need diverse health care will result in a better quality of their life.
