Summary, etc. The Philippines is one of the countries in the world with a high level of increase in terms of HIV/AIDS infection. Subsequently, there is an alarming level of increase in infection among the youth. There are many projects being utilized to reach a wide array of demography to prevent the increase of HIV infection among the youth and to eradicate the stigma among Filipinos. However, so much must be done in order to reach the new generation of youth. As time passes by, the new generation chooses a different way to learn and communicate. This research study aims to address topics regarding Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) by concentrating on the crucial topic of HIV awareness. This study examines different types of media, such as social media, mass media, and print media are used to spread HIV-related knowledge and awareness messages are a significant component of health education and HIV/AIDS awareness. The study utilized a quantitative approach and descriptive method to assess and survey media utilization and effectiveness among respondents. Ethical considerations were made before data gathering. With 400 participants ranging from 15 to 24 years old, the study shows that all types of media including social, multimedia and print media have a significant positive correlation with the level of awareness of the participants regarding HIV/AIDS. In addition, multimedia – which includes television and radio apart from social media and print ads has the highest correlation. This shows that the respondents tend to learn more from television and radio ads than from social media platforms and print. The study suggests ways for creating efficient awareness campaigns and health educational initiatives to increase awareness and prevent stigma when it comes to HIV/AIDS.
