520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The utilization of technological breakthroughs has revolutionized the way learners and educators access and utilize social media as a tool for learning. Several educators have started incorporating TikTok into their teaching methods to augment the educational process. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of TikTok’s medical content as an instructional resource for nursing students This study employed an experimental quantitative research approach with a sample size of 45 first year nursing students. The data collection strategy involved the use of Pre-test and Post-test measures to gather thorough data for analysis. The findings indicated that nursing students who took part in the survey devoted a majority of their time, averaging one hour, to watching medical content on TikTok. The participants who achieved the highest results in the pretest were those who dedicated 30 minutes to watching TikTok medical content. Moreover, the average time spent by respondents watching Tiktok medical content was found to have a significant difference on their pretest performance. Following the implementation of the intervention and administration of the post-test to assess any improvement in the respondents’ scores, the results demonstrate a significant difference in the scores during the post test. Furthermore, the findings indicate a significant relationship between the pretest scores of the nursing students and their average time spent watching medical contents on Tiktok. Therefore, the researchers have determined that the hypothesis of this study is acceptable. It states that the duration of time a student dedicates to viewing TikTok medical content each day directly influences their acquired information, which in turn affects their scores.
