520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The marketing strategies used by private higher educational institutions have substantial impact on student enrollment decisions. The study{92}s goal is to examine the chosen private HEI marketing techniques and how they influence the student{92}s decision to enroll in the mentioned private higher educational institution as a basis for crafting a marketing plan for the next school year. To divide the population into clusters, probability sampling with clustered sampling is utilized. The researcher employed a combination of online and face-to-face survey methods with 318 total respondents. Slovins's formula is used to calculate the number of respondents. The collected data is analyzed using ANOVA to determine the significant difference in the challenges and issues that students encountered while selecting the HEI. The study's findings identified the most effective marketing techniques used by the chosen HEI, such as the quality of instructors in schools and the programs offered. Based on the findings, having highly trained faculty and analyzing the HEI's offered programs are essential criteria that students consider when enrolling in their chosen HEI. The chosen HEI must thoroughly review their faculties{92} abilities to effectively instruct students and evaluate their program offerings to provide more essential programs that suit the students and significantly affect the student enrollment decision. Although factors pertaining to the use of print and online media received lower scores on evaluation, high educational institutions should still capitalize on its effectiveness to acquire exposure to students in hopes for gaining higher enrollment count.
