| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this study is to identify the marketability of our innovated product. This was created to test how far can this product reach and what expectations we should set on it. The proponents focused on how the people would respond to the blending of food cultures and its on-the-go fastfood concept to better understand how the target would grasp the idea. Statement of Purpose 1. To identify the Demographic profile of the respondents as to theirï| 1.1 Gender 1.2 Age 1.3 Social Status 1.4 Income Bracket 2. To determine the Level of Satisfaction of Respondents on Consumption of Viands: 2.1 Dimsum 2.2 Adobo 2.3 Sisig 3. To know the Level of Perception of Respondents in Blending of Dim sum with Adobo or Sisig 4. To identify the Level of Agreement of the Respondents on the Market Acceptability of the New Product 5. To know what action can be recommended after establishing the product{92}s market acceptability. Methodology The researchers used quantitative descriptive research design through a survey questionnaire made by the researchers themselves and was answered by 100 respondents. Findings 1. Most of the respondents were employed females ages 21-25 years old with an income bracket of 15,000 and below. 2. Respondents were highly satisfied when consuming Dimsum, Adobo, and Sisig separately. 3. The blending of Dimsum with Adobo or Sisig was highly acceptable by the respondents. 4. The proposed product is acceptable once out in the market. 5. A feasibility study is recommended to determine the sales potential of the product. Conclusion 1. Our potential target market are women aged 21-25 years old with a monthly income 15,00 below. 2. Filipinos love viands but have learned to adopt their taste preferences to other countries{92} food just like dimsum. 3. Blending of sisig or adobo in a form of dimsum wrapped food is a unique twist of food fusion. 4. A high acceptability response from the survey positively means the product could survive as a new entrant in the market. 5. A feasibility study accompanied with the strong promotion campaign can build an edge for this new product. |
