Summary, etc. The study entitled Generation X vs Generation Z: A Generational Comparative Study on Work-from-Home Corporate Employees{92}, Personality, Work Performance and Motivation in Metro Manila aims to determine the different attitudes, work performance, and motivation in Generation X and Generation Z. It also includes the existence of different aspects of the two generations on how they work and deal with the different generations. The study has utilized a mixed-method, wherein, a qualitative and quantitative analysis were used under an explanatory design as a process. It also employed a purposive sampling technique to select research participants to focus on specific characteristics of a population of interest, specifically; (a) Age 20-30y/o Gen working in a corporate setting (b) 40-60y/o Gen X working in a corporate setting, and (c) willing to participate in the study residing in Metro Manila as work from-home employee. To gather the essential information for this study, a survey questionnaire was utilized as the research instrument which will measure work performance and motivation. The study found out that there is no significant difference in the work attitude between generation x and generation z employees with a sig value of 0.459 at 0.05 level of significance level. The study indicates that Generation x and Generation z do not exhibit any difference in terms of work performance. The researchers therefore recommend that there should be a sufficient effort towards bridging the gap among Generation X and Generation Z Work From-Home Employees.
