Summary, etc. The researcher sought to find the present clinical performance of 4th year level nursing students of Olivarez College assigned at Operating room. Specifically, it sought answer to the following questions: What is the demographic profile of the respondents according to: 1.1 Age; 1.2 Gender; 1.3 Civil Status? What is the level of performance of the 4th year nursing students assigned at the operating room? Is there a significant difference between the performance of the 4th year nursing students and the clinical evaluation of the respondents? What are the inputs to enhance the clinical skills of faculty members of Olivarez College? Findings Based on the statistical findings, that the mean age of the respondents was nineteen point eight one (19.81) or 20; that the modal gender of the respondents were female. It reveals that female respondents were more than male; that the modal civil status was single. Mostly, the respondents were single. The overall weighted mean in safe and quality nursing care was 3.85 interpreted as competent. This means that clinical instructors displayed the most successful nursing care; that the grand mean for the management of resources and environment was three point ninety four (3.94) interpreted as competent. This goes to say that the level of performance of the clinical instructor in the operating room when it comes to resources and environment management was really satisfactory; That the grand mean for health education was three point fifty eight (3.58) interpreted as competent. It means that clinical instructor have all the capability in providing health education to the client; that the clinical instructor legal responsibility receives a weighted mean of 3.86 interpreted as competent which means they are really aware of the instructional protocols regarding the informed consent and other legal documents; that the overall weighted mean in Ethico-moral responsibility was 3.75 interpreted as component. This means that students displayed the most successful nursing care; that the grand mean for the personal and social professional development is 3.65 interpreted as competent. Thus, the clinical instructors have all the ability to share knowledge to students; that the grand mean for the quality improvement was three point sixty eight (3.68) interpreted as competent; That the clinical instructors research capability receives a weighted mean of 3.80 interpreted as competent; That the overall weighted mean in records management is 3.6 interpreted as competent. That the grand mean for the communication was 3.79 interpreted as competent. Thus, the clinical instructors have all the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently; that the grand mean for quality improvement was three point sixty eight (3.73) interpreted as competent; that the grand mean for the performance level of the students in operating room 3.47. The 4th year nursing students have performed well in the operating room. Through the use of t-test, it was found out that the significant difference in the performance ratings of the 4th year Nursing students and clinical instructors. The computed t-value of 0.14 was less than its tabular value of 2.021, at .05 level of significance, df equals to 46. Therefore, accept null hypothesis of no significant difference between the performances ratings of the 4th year and the performance rating of the 4th year and the performance rating of the clinical instructor the performance rating given by the students was not significant by differ. It implies that clinical instructor are really doing their job in all aspects of performance.
