Summary, etc. This study deals with utilizing chatbots for micro enterprise owners in this new normal business condition. A descriptive quantitative research design is used in this study to determine the current status of the identified variables. A convenience sampling technique was used in this study which means non-probability or non-random sampling. The data gathering is a self-made questionnaire that was validated by a panel of experts. Thirty respondents took the time to answer the survey questionnaire online and Google Forms is the tool that was used to properly disseminate it. The findings of the study complement the results gathered in terms of how micro-enterprise owners perceived and preferred their daily online business transactions. The researchers found out that since chatbots are readily available 24/7, they can answer customers{92} queries promptly. This study revealed how accessible and convenient chatbots are mainly amid the pandemic. This study also found out the foreseen gains and challenges that may arise in utilizing chatbots as a marketing tool because chatbots needed to maintain and enhance to ensure that all the details and information they provide to the customers are timely and accurate. It was found that Facebook Messenger chatbots save the time of the owner and the customer and the challenges which is in terms of the user{92}s way of texting and providing on-point answers. Thus, the researchers developed a marketing strategy based on the gathered results that will support the utilization of chatbots for micro-enterprise owners. Future researchers should thrive more in collecting data for supplementary findings in utilizing chatbots as a marketing tool in this new normal business condition.
