| Summary, etc. | Many macro and micro businesses have been impacted since the Covid-19 pandemic began in December 2019. The Copy Paste Limited Company is a micro business that has seen its company operations disrupted by the new normal. The business is located nearby Olivarez College Paranaque campus. This study was conducted by five student researchers of Olivarez College, the researchers aim to know how the business survived and operates in the new normal considering the challenges and issues that they have encountered. Qualitative analysis was used in the study to gather and determine the business situations and strategies that have been applied by Copy Paste to give solutions to the problems that they have encountered since the pandemic outbreak. The qualitative research case study was used by the researchers to provide and gathered appropriate and credible data on how the business operation operates and the condition of the business in this new normal environment. The researchers used an online platform to interview their informants and according to the data gathered they used social media platforms as a strategy to reach out to their customers and promote their business products and services. Copy Paste was forced to adapt to the new normal to cope with their losses financially for the business to maintain its business operations in the new normal. |
