520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. College life is often filled with new experiences, challenges, and pressure that can greatly influence how students see and value themselves. Many struggle with self-esteem during this stage, which can affect both their academic performance and personal well-being. This study explored how the PERMA model-Positive emotions,Engagement,Relationships,Meaning, and Accomplishment- can be applied to help strengthen the self-esteem of college students. The research employed a mixed method and experimental design with pre-test and post-test measures using a standardized self-esteem scale to assess the impact of PERMA-based activities. Using a series of PERMA-based activities, such as gratitude exercises to build positive emotions, group tasks to encourage stronger relationships, reflective sessions to find meaning, and goal-setting to celebrate accomplishment, students were guided through an intervention program. The findings showed a rise in self-esteem scores, suggesting that the PERMA model may be a useful instrument for raising college students{92} self-assurance, optimism, and problem-solving skills. The results highlight how crucial it is to incorporate positive psychology techniques into educational settings in order to meet students{92} emotional and psychological needs in addition to their academic development. The study suggests that college students{92} self-worth can be encouraged in a meaningful and useful way by using the PERMA model. By emphasizing the value of positive interactions, encouraging connections, and acknowledging accomplishments, it promotes a balanced approach to students{92} well-being in addition to boosting self-esteem. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating positive psychology techniques into classroom instruction to foster learning environments that support students{92} emotional and intellectual development.
