520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This phenomenological study looks at the lived experiences of Olivarex College Alternative System (ALS) students who returned to school after overcoming various life challenges. Understanding their coping mechanisms, struggles, and driving forces as they negotiate the educational system with ALS is the aim of the study. The study{92}s in-depth interviews with eight carefully selected participants revealed four main themes: Motivations and purpose for returning to education, Barriers and Struggles in Educational Continuity, Coping strategies and time management, and role of support system. The impact of ALS on learners{92} self-worth, personal development, and future opportunities is highlighted by this study. The findings give schools, organizations, and legislators important information for enhancing support in improving support systems for marginalized learners seeking a second chance at education.
