| Summary, etc. | This study developed a web-based application to improve the student recruitment process at Olivarez College-Paranaque, addressing inefficiencies inherent in the school{92}s manual, paper-based methods. Study support up the use of technology including automated communication platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to increase student engagement, data accuracy, and recruitment efficiency in total. The goal of the study was to determine how the web application influenced automated communication, centralized data management , data gathering effectiveness, and system features. The system was created with separate user interfaces for students, course administration, and main administration, guided by the Diffusion of Innovation, CRM Theory, and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Thirty respondents, including teachers, department heads, secretaries, and marketing staff, participated in quantitative study design. The result of the study, which used structured surveys and statistical techniques like the Kruskal-Wallis test, and Bonferroni post hoc comparison, showed that respondents had a favorable opinion of the application, especially of its centralized management (M= 4.43), data collection capabilities (M=4.30), and user interface (M=4.60). Younger users (those between the ages of 20 and 30) rated system features and data efficiency higher than older cohorts, indicating notable differences in perception across age groups. According to the study{92}s findings, the system developed efficiently supports lead tracking, speeds up the recruitment process, and improves communication- particularly for users who consider themselves digital natives. The findings highlight how crucial age-responsive training and user-centered design are to the uptake of digital technology. In order to fulfill every need of users and increase engagement across age groups, future improvement should take inclusive design techniques into account. |
