520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This study represents the overall process of the execution of Document and Tracking System (DaTS), a web-based system that is designed mainly to focus on the process of making the traditional method easier when requesting and tracking at Olivarez College, Paranaque Office of the Registrar. The primary goal of the system is to increase the productivity and convenience of document processing for both students and registrar staff. The current manual process usually leads to delays, miscommunication, and inefficiencies, screaming for a proper resolution. DaTS enables the student to request documents online and receive real-time status updates via email, obviously removing the need for physical follow-ups. The web-based system also benefits the staff by lessening the paperwork and providing a more organized workflow. The researchers adopted the waterfall model for system development. The study used descriptive research methods and purposive sampling involving 100 participants, including registrar staff, accounting staff, and college students. Assessments through the help of beta and alpha testing presented significant user satisfaction in areas such as tracking accuracy, time management, security, and system accessibility, with all factors receiving a {91}strongly agree{92} rating on the 4-point Likert scale. The study got a Cronbach's alpha of 0.777, interpreted as acceptable, and the survey questionnaire are reliable. Findings stated that DaTS effectively addresses communication barriers, optimizes document processing times, and strengthens user experience. The study concludes that implementing a digital tracking system like DaTS promotes institutional efficiency and better service delivery and recommends system enhancements for broader accessibility and usability.
