520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This study was conducted to propose additional alternative payment methods in Olivarez College- Paranaque to increase the parents{92} convenience and efficiency of settling tuition payments. This study examines the level of acceptance of electronic payment cards such as debit and credit cards among the parents of IBED students. It explores the factors such as the awareness of the parents on card utilization for payment transaction via terminal, perceived ease of using it, perceived usefulness, and risk concerns. This proposed payment method will help the parents to settle their child/children{92}s tuition fees. It will be convenient on their part because they no longer need to bring a huge amount of cash to settle tuition fees and it will also be convenient on the part of the institutions as it leads to quicker payment collection. This study used a quantitative approach, the researchers gathered 146 respondents through a Google form but the 20 respondents from it were considered void as they have more than one child that does not qualify from the criteria of having only one child. The researchers limit the respondents to ensure unbiased and distinct parental perspective. The findings revealed that the level of acceptances was relatively high despite the security concerns of the users. Its usefulness and ease of use outweigh the concern of the parents. The study's results also indicate that only risk assessment showed a significant difference when comparing awareness and acceptance based on gender and grade level of the children. To address the associated risk, publishing information in the institutional page about the security measures on proper handling and utilization of debit and credit cards may help the user to avoid hacking and properly safe-keeping and use of debit and credit cards. Since the level of acceptance of the parents is high, the researchers conclude that the electronic payment cards framework will play a crucial role in the implementation of the proposed method.
