Summary, etc. These issues should form the foundation of numerous government policies and reforms following the present financial upswing. To further serve this need, this presentation will focus on analyzing cooperatives in relation to financial literacy and surveying members in order to gain practical insights. An attempt will be made to discover how different a cooperative's performance and financial literacy is, depending on the cooperative's membership, and how financially literate cooperative members are. Initially, financial literacy is viewed as a key driver of economic progress. Research on the drivers and limitations impacting the provision of financial intermediation services has focused on the role of institutions. In low-income nations, like the Philippines, the factors of the need for financial literacy are little known. Cooperatives are viewed as a mechanism for encouraging self-reliance and harnessing people power for the realization of economic development and social justice. In cooperatives, each member has one vote. Following this, the researcher argues that the sense of public urgency around the level of financial literacy in the population is a reaction to a changing economic context in which individuals now bear greater personal financial responsibility. This project will provide an operation manual to enable selected cooperatives in Imus City and their members improve their financial literacy, the cooperatives non-financial performance (leadership) is strongly positive, with a weighted mean average of 3 Members' financial literacy and awareness are relatively low. Members' financial literacy is excellent, with a weighted mean value of 3. Members' financial literacy is low along with a weighted mean average of 2. Also, perceived non-financial performance is proportional to perceived financial performance, such as institutional strength and operational strength. The perceived non-financial performance is directly linked to the perceived financial performance. On the other hand, Pearson's analyses demonstrate that this will not directly affect the cooperatives' profitability, structure of assets, and operational strength. Moreover, the significant values of the human resources management, structure, and systems and mechanism as well as profitability, institutional strength, structure of assets, and operational strength are all lower than the alpha level, which implies that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, showing that there is a significant relationship on the perception of the board of directors. It is acceptable to state that members' financial literacy are not measurably different when grouped. This means that the outcome is credited to chance, and that financial literacy is not uniform across knowledge, behavior, and attitude.
