520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. In order to find out and determine the health complaints of call center agents in relationship to their lifestyle and habits, the researchers conducted a quantitative correlational study to better understand, further improve, and give enhancements and proper recommendations that are beneficial to the health of call center agents, in three call centers in Parañaque City: SPI Global, IBEX, Teleperformance. This study is anchored on Nola Pender's theory which describes health promotion as a multidimensional nature of persons as they interact within their environment to pursue health. In light of the result of the study, the researchers recommend the following: (1) the overall results of the present study conducted suggests that there is a need for a specially designed program in managing stress and developing positive outcome among employees working in the BPO industry; (2) to find further explain the differences among women and men in this industry, the kind and nature of their work; and (3) some studies show that young people are used to adjust in any form of environment, despite the fact that they are not prone to any kinds of diseases because of their immune system; promotion of health is still needed to maintain the wellness of their being.
