Data was analysed using statistical mean in the statement of the problem no. 1 and 2, Pearson correlational coefficient in the statement of the problem no. 4 and T-test in the statement of the problem no. 3. Based from the gathered data, the analysis and interpretation of the following finding revealed: Data presented in the table 1 showed the weighted mean distribution of perspectives of staff nurses of two hospitals in southem Manila about waste segregation, the hospital A total weighted mean of 3.85 and the hospital B total weighted mean of 3.88 are interpreted as excellent means the nurses have adequate perspectives in relation into waste management and the way of looking of nurses towards waste segregation is good condition especially in waste categories and difference wastes because of seminars and trainings implement by hospitals. Table 2 shows the weighted mean distribution of practices of nurses regards to waste segregation of two public hospital in Southern Manila with the total weighted means were 3.50 for hospital A and 3.54 for hospital B are interpreted as high extent. It is apparent to the results nurses have a good practices in waste segregation and the proper waste disposal.
