Summary, etc. Medication has been evolving for centuries as far as the data has been recorded works. It may be possible that it would have been recorded since the beginning of the human life. While being evolving it may has been change in many forms. We could say that medication meeting with the computer evolving which has been happening current century. Medication records are being record in digital form from of recording in papers by hands. 21th century is in between of development of computer that there are two types of people. In general people who are not used to computer and who are used to it. It does mostly divide by the age of the people. Young generation has been growing with the computer and those who are in middle to late age has met the major turning point from writing to typing that there are not much who are used to computer. Clinic records management does offer current form of recording for, digital it may be access by anyone who has the access to the system. At the same time, system may offer hand recognition system for those in middle and late age to be able to be use more efficiently.
