Summary, etc. The study was conducted in the community of Parañaque city specifically in Barangay Moonwalk and San Dionisio. Researchers concluded that the terminally ill patients that was previously admitted to different hospital institution was satisfied to the performance of nurses according to what they have recalled. It may vary with their personal reasons. It had shown that nurses were performing their task as a responsible nurse, thus terminally ill patient in the community prefer to stay at their home due to some reasons like financial problems. The study is all about Assessment on the Perception of Terminally Ill Patients in Care Behavior of Nurses Specifically the researcher seeks to answer the following questions: 1. What is the profile of the terminally ill patients in terms of: age, gender, civil status, religion and the type of disease that the patient has. 2. What is the care behavior of nurses as perceived by terminally ill patient? 3. What holistic care approach was used and rendered for the terminally ill patients? 4. What is the relationship between profile variable and the caring behavior rendered by the nurses to terminally ill patients? The sampling Technique that was used is purposive sampling is a non probability sampling defined as a form of sampling in which the selection of the sample is based on the judgement of the researcher as to which subjects best fit the criteria of the study. The researcher had utilized a modified questionnaire which is adopted from Satisfaction with Care Questionnaire. The researchers asked permission from the Barangay Officials of various communities in Parañaque city by sending a request letter to be noted by our dean and our research adviser to be able to conduct a survey in the said Barangay.
