Summary, etc. This study attempts to know the instructional performance of Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) teachers of Las Piñas National High School, as a basis for faculty mentoring program. Specifically, this seeks to answer the following problems: 1.What is the demographic profile of TLE teachers as to: 1.1 Gender; 1.2 Age; 1.3 Civil Status; 1.4 Educational Qualifications; 1.5 Area of Specialization, 1.6 Length of Service; You sent 1.7 In-service trainings attended in TLE for the last three school years; 1.8 Performance Ratings for the last three years? 2. What is the level of instructional performance of the respondents with respect to: 2.1 introductory skills; 2.2 developmental skills; and 2.3 concluding skills? 3. Is there a significant difference between the level of instructional performance as perceived by: 3.1 school administrators/department heads and teachers; 3.2 teachers and students; and 3.3 school administrators/ department heads and students? 4. Based on the findings of this study, what faculty mentoring program can be proposed? The descriptive research survey method is used in this study to know the instructional performance of TLE teachers of Las Piñas National High school. The instrument used for data gathering is the checklist reinforced by an unstructured interview. The questionnaire has two parts. Part 1 is for the demographic profile of the teacher respondents which includes their gender, age, civil status, educational qualifications, area of specialization, length of You sent service, in-service trainings attended for the last three years and performance ratings for the last three years. Part II of the questionnaire features the Teaching- Learning Observation Guide (TLOG) in the form of rating scale which focuses on instructional performance skills of teachers namely Introductory skills, Developmental skills and Concluding skills.
