Specifically, this study was aimed to answer the following questions: 1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of the following personal attributes: 1.1 Age 1.2 Gender 1.3 Civil Status 1.4 Educational Attainment 1.5 Years of Experience 2. Is there significant difference in the personal attributes of the respondents in particular to their age and the years of experience? 3. What is the Present Status of the Early Child Education in Mary Immaculate School in terms of the following areas: 3.1 materials of instruction; 3.2 physical plant and facilities; 3.3 curriculum? The study made use of the descriptive method. The research design used was the systematized random sampling. There were 7 administrators and 5 teachers of the respondents and we took 100% for both of them. The main instruments being used was the questionnaires prepared by the researchers and by following the Guidelines on Operation Preschool. Supporting data were survey, observation, and visits. The data were statistically treated by the use of mean, weighted mena, frequency, percentage, standard deviation and the t-test.. The percentage and the frequency were being used to the profile of the respondents as to age, gender, civil status, educational attainment and the years of experience. The weighted mean and standard were used for determining the present status of the early childhood education in Mary Immaculate School in terms of the materials of instruction, the physical plant and facilities. The t-test was used to determine the significant difference between the respondents. Summary of Findings The study yielded the following findings: 1. The profile of the respondents. 1.1 Majority of the respondents are in the age bracket of 20-25 years old, followed by the age bracket of 40-44 years old, and the lowest who gained one is from the age bracket of 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 50-54, and 60-64. 1.2 Out of 12 respondents all of them were females. The figure showed there were no males. It can mean that the school do not receive males. 1.3 Out of 12 respondents there were 8 single and 4 married. Accordingly the teachers in the preschool department are still young. 1.4 The respondents of the study as shown in the table tells us that majority of the respondents are holders of bachelor's degree. The are ten or 83.33% of them. One of the respondents has the masteral degree and one with unit in masteral degree. 1.5 Most of the respondents are new in their experience. Out of 12 respondents there are 8 or 66.67% of them who are just in their first to fifth year of experience. 2. Is there a significant difference in the personal attributes of the respondents in particular to their age, and the years of experience? 2.1 In the statistical computation in determining wether there is significant difference between the ages of the respondents, actually there is no significant difference because most of the respondents are young and newly graduated. Most of them are in their year of twenties. The result of the t-test is 1.57 2.2 In the years of experience our hypothesis is rejected. It is so obvious that there is big difference in the result of the computation because the administrators got the means of 10 while the teachers got the mean of 3.71. The result of the t-test is 2.77. 3. What is the present status of the Early Childhood Education Mary Immaculate School in terms of the following areas: 3.1 materials of instruction; 3.2 physical plant and facilities; 3.3 curriculum? 3.1 According to the result from the statistical computation done, it shows that the mateeeeerials of instructions being used by the administrators and the teachers are excellent. It has the rate mean of 4.67%. 3.3 In physical plant and facilities, it has the mean of 4.8 which means excellent. The children have the access to this. 3.4 The curriculum is very much emphasized in the school. The teachers adhere to the curriculum in their teaching to the pupils. It has the rate of 4.3 and above. Conclusions From the findings of the study the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Most of the respondents are still young in their age and all of are female where 8 of them are single and attained the bachelor's degree. One has the masteral's degree and the other one them has the units of masteral's degree. 2. There is no significant difference of their age because most of them are young but in terms of experience there is significant difference. 3. Evidently, the school has met the standard requirements required ffrom the Department of Education in the operation of preschool. Recommendations The following recommendations are hereby presented for recommendations: 1. The school has met the requirements of the Department of Education in operating a preschool. Moreover they can apply for recommendation. 2. The school administrators must train well the teachers because most of them are still young. They must be given more activities that can enhance their profession. 3. To give equal access and to quality preschool education, preschool education should be formally made an integral part of the ladder of the educational system of the country.
