The researchers designed this study of the Analysis of Student Leaders' Responsibilities at Olivarez College: A Basis for Student Development Program. Specifically, this study aims to seek and answer the following question. For a consistency the researchers have defined the scope and limitations of their study. Context wise, the study focused on the different questions stated in the problem and concentrated on the age, gender, academic year level of the respondents at Olivarez College. Moreover, this study is limited on the accuracy and objectives of responses gathered by using a question. Will the researchers use questionnaire and interview. The result of which was be tallied tabulated and the interpreted by using a descriptive method, and with clear explanation or overview of what the data implied. The primary respondents of our study were the student leaders at Olivarez College The survey questionnaire is the primary tools of the research. The respondent was also included as the research instrument, for their answers were the data to be utilized, interpreted and analyzed in a tabulated manner.
