Dissertation note: Undergraduate thesis Summary: The hospitality industry has grown rapidly and has branched out to other sectors that center and still cater hospitality as its core. This study has been motivated by the awareness of the booming spa business in the City of Parañaque that the researchers found the need to understand the perception and impact of customer's experiences of selected spas in Parañaque City. The data used in this study is descriptive quantitative and were collected through a 4-point scale validation on a researcher-made questionnaire on the customer's perception of spa in terms of marketing, sales / distribution, and customer service indicators and the impact of spa experience in terms. Last but certainly not least, we would like to thank our families for supporting us endlessly financially and emotionally throughout this study.
