Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: The hospitality industry is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. It gives a wide range of opportunities for all the aspiring hoteliers and aside from that, it gives chances for working students to have a decent part-time job with a good stipend and flexible schedule. This study focuses on the stress and coping mechanism of Olivarez College- Paran��aque working students and wherein the section hospitality industry they are usually employed. Based on the gather data working students of Olivarez College-Paran��aque majority are male and aged 14 to 19 are mostly working in the food and beverage section. It also shows that there is no significant difference between the age group and common stressors and between gender and stress coping mechanisms.
