This study aimed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of MSHSI's current Christian living program and to improve curricular content in this specific area while at the same time innovating strategies and activities during online learning that improve, stimulate, and enhance student knowledge acquisition- moral and spiritual values. The researcher used the mixed method, specifically the sequential explanatory researcher design, to collect and analyze the researcher- made survey and analysis of qualitative through interviews and observation. All the raw data gathered will undergo different statistical tools. Based on the findings, it is evident that with the average of 4.67 weighted mean are consistently practiced the value of honesty. They put into action like not copying parents' signatures in any school documents or letters, Not stealing money or anything from parents, brothers or sisters, and friends, and giving exact information when asking permission to leave or be absent during online classes; cleanliness with 4. 46 is always practiced, like Attending online classes with proper attire and grooming, keeping one's work, assignments, and projects neat and clean, and Keeping one's school uniform, shoes, bag, etc. Religiosity with average mean of 4.05 is sometimes practiced in ways like Saying the basic prayers, Frequent reception of Holy Communion or praying the Spiritual communion, and Attending online Holy Mass on Sundays and Holy days of obligation; humility with 4.58 is always practiced by being merciful and considerate, Asking for suggestions or help from more knowledgeable persons when not knowing what to do with the assigned tasks, and Accepting oneself as it is clean and orderly; Faith with 4.59 is always practiced with indicators of awareness that God sees and knows everything we do, think, and say, Keeping oneself constantly in the presence of God and Believing that everything that happens in life serves a purpose. From the findings, the researcher and the institutions formulated in the Christian Living Program E-Portfolio enhance and help form students' values integrity by practicing virtues at school and home. These Integral values formation aims for the wholeness of a person that could lead them to holiness. Our school's vision, mission, and goals, which are also aligned with the DepEd's vision, emphasize the integral formation (intellectual and values) and harmonious development of the potentialities of individuals, Faith, patriotism, and love of one's country.
