Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: Manuyo Uno Information System (UNOInSys) is a web- based information system designed to assist residents to assist residents of Barangay Manuyo Uno in Las Pinas City in filling up forms and availing barangay services with convenience. This system serve as a centralized database of information that can be accessed by authorized personnel, enabling better decision- making, improved communication, and enhanced public service delivery. This study employed a cluster sampling methodology, with a total of 376 respondents and one admin coming from Manuyo Uno itself. Data were collected using a validate 12- item questionnaire survey, with a focus on effectiveness, satisfaction, safety and usability. Descriptive statistical tools such as percentage and mean were used to present and analyzed the data. The results showed that the system receive high ratings across all four categories, with effectiveness (GWA= 4.61), safey (4.47), usability (4.31), and satisfaction (4.28) all scoring well above average. Overall, the result indicate that local residents consider the UNO Information System to be a useful instrument for obtaining barangay services. The findings of this study point to the potential for web-based system like UNO Information System to change how locals interact with their barangay, opening door for more efficient and responsive governance.
