It can be used by departments under the College of Corporate Management Education (CCME) to monitor their student records effectively. The creation and Management of fewer errors, up- to-date of students under CCME. The student information database system is the managing of all students until they became alumni details, details like 201 files if students stop college for a while and if students become irregular students. It can be sort of academic detail or whole batch detail, and most important the per department detail. It’s purpose is to record the student’s journey to begin until their graduation and their graduation and their alumni status. It also purposes to know the miss subject units of the students and each of these will be available via a secure web- based interface database in the CCME’s student record management system.
