Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis. Summary: The visitor tracking system (VISTRASYS) is a web- based system meant to improve security conditions at Olivarez College Paranaque. Before a visitors enters the campus, they must provide their personal information to obtain their unique quick- response (QR) code provided by the system. By scanning the QR code the system provides, it can track the time in and time out of every visitor entering the specific department. This study collected data using purposive sampling, selecting 100 walk in visitors as respondents Data were collected through a validate 12- item survey, questionnaire: 1 item on effectiveness, 4 items on satisfaction, 3 on safety, and 4 on usability. The data collected were presented and analyzed through descriptive statistical tools- percentage and mean. The validate data are the following: Effectiveness (GWA= 4.85), satisfaction (4.69) safety (4.74) and usability (4.72). These result illustrate how the system is very effective in every aspect. Reviewing the results shows that the system’s objectives were seen and successful in executing it.
