The dynamics of co-living arrangements between permanent residents and temporary guests in cooperative apartments are examined in this study. Understanding the experiences and interactions of both residents and guests is vital to sustaining harmonious living environments, especially with the development of platforms that facilitate communal living and short-term rentals. In this study, researchers interviewed seven permanent residents who live in condos around Parañaque City, and they qualitatively analyzed their observations and interviews to learn about their experiences cohabiting with temporary guests. The results of our interviews with residents revealed that, in their opinion, privacy is not the most important factor. Additionally, other issues include community development, cultural exchange, and social connections. The results emphasize the significance of direct interaction, reverence for each other, and a common set of values in building pleasant co-living situations. The study{92}s findings help in the creation of plans and regulations that support co-living spaces that are sustainable and inclusive in the context of short-term accommodation. Particularly in shared living spaces, residents commonly express concern about possible violations of their privacy and personal space. They do, however, value the chances for networking and socializing that come from dealing with temporary guests, since these help to create a feeling of community and acceptance inside the accommodation. In the shared location, setting boundaries, managing expectations, and developing a feeling of inclusivity and belonging are helpful to both residents and temporary guests. The researcher{92}s insights are useful in the creation of policies and strategies that support inclusive and sustainable co-living environments in the context of short-term accommodation. Through attending to the requirements and worries of both permanent residents and temporary guests, those who are interested can strive to establish vibrant communities that embrace variety, encourage relationships, and enhance the quality of life overall. The goal of this study is to give an in-depth understanding of what it{92}s like for residents to live alongside in temporary gues accommodations. The goals and suggestions of the research offer promising opportunities for the growth and development of condominiums in the Parañaque City area.
