This study delves into the working conditions and well-being of employees at Among Logistics Company, located in Barangay San Dionisio, Parañaque City. The research aims to offer a thorough evaluation of employee satisfaction, focusing on critical factors such as awareness of workplace conditions, access to labor insurance, and benefits. The findings indicate that employee awareness of their labor benefits and insurance significantly impacts their job satisfaction levels. Notably, demographic factors such as age, experience, and role within the company further shape how workers perceive and experience these benefits. Employees who are well-informed about their rights and entitlements report higher job satisfaction, a greater sense of security, and an enhanced commitment to their work. This heightened sense of security and fulfillment also translates into increased productivity and performance. These insights underscore the importance of fostering employee awareness and support as a strategic approach to improving workplace conditions. The recommendations from this study emphasize the need for management to improve communication regarding labor rights and benefits, which could lead to improved satisfaction, retention, and overall company performance. Furthermore, the study contributes to broader industry discussions on the significance of employee well-being in driving both operational excellence and sustainable business practices within the logistics sector.
