Dissertation note: Undergraduate thesis. Summary: This paper discussed the importance of a wellness program for teachers to assist them in improving their quality of life and mental health, particularly during this pandemic in which teachers face new challenges due to the new learning system according to Papadopoulos (2017), implementing a wellness program in the workplace benefits employees as well as employers. This program fosters a more dynamic, effective, and efficient work environment and culture. Individuals spend more than halfoftheir time at work. As a result, it is critical to provide a workplace wellness program that promotes positive behavioral patterns, improves eating habits, decreases absenteeism, and increases overall productivity. The Mixed Method design was used in this study, and the participants were 85 senior high school teachers at Parafiaque National High School - Main, and 6 of them who got the lowest mean score under the domain of domains ofmental health were interviewed. Results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between the quality oflife and mental health among the senior high school teachers.
