That the grand mean for the communication was 3.79 interpreted as competent. Thus, the clinical instructors have all the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently; that the grand mean for quality improvement was three point sixty eight (3.73) interpreted as competent; that the grand mean for the performance level of the students in operating room 3.47. The 4th year nursing students have performed well in the operating room. Through the use of t-test, it was found out that the significant difference in the performance ratings of the 4th year Nursing students and clinical instructors. The computed t-value of 0.14 was less than its tabular value of 2.021, at .05 level of significance, df equals to 46. Therefore, accept null hypothesis of no significant difference between the performances ratings of the 4th year and the performance rating of the 4th year and the performance rating of the clinical instructor the performance rating given by the students was not significant by differ. It implies that clinical instructor are really doing their job in all aspects of performance.
