This research is a case study under mixed method design and aimed to compare if there is a significant difference in the aspect of operations management when the respondents are grouped according to their business enterprise. The twenty participants were selected through a purposive, non-random sampling technique that is filtered via specific criteria. Researcher-made interviews and survey questionnaires were used to gather necessary data wherein questionnaires were validated by the experts. Qualitative data are gathered through in-depth online interviews and journal writing while quantitative data was calculated using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS with precise mean value and p value to identify the significant difference of the variables and collected online by google forms. Results show that participants agree that business enterprises encountered challenges amidst the pandemic along the aspect of operations management. In operational hours, participants of the study agree with an overall mean of 3.35. In customers' accommodation, with a mean of 2.99. In the delivery performance of the supplier, with a mean of 3.35. In workforce reduction, with a mean of 2.99. Given the data, researchers conclude that the result is significant at p<0.05 with a p-value of 0.00002571. Thus, there is a significant difference in the aspect of operations management when MPRSI are grouped accordingly.
