This study deals with the level of satisfaction and challenges encountered by consumers when using digital couponing in buying products online. Digital couponing focuses on giving the consumers the idea of convenience, affordability, and availability, and engaging in products that micro enterprises provide to the consumers. The design was used in the paper was a descriptive correlation design to investigate new facts, descriptive characteristics and discover the relationship between two variables, and predict the future outcome, as well as to find out if there a significant difference in the level of satisfaction and challenges encountered by the respondent when grouped according to profile. Three hundred and seventy-seven respondents participated by answering the survey questionnaire online which will lead to results in identifying the level of satisfaction of the respondents. The findings determined that the level of satisfaction and challenges encountered by the respondent are not rejected by the hypothesis, because the result is not significant p<0.05. Thus, there are no significant differences in the levels of satisfaction in age, gender, and socio-economic status. In terms of challenges, there are no significant differences in age and socio-economic status and has a significant difference when it comes to gender. The purpose of the research is to learn about the level of satisfaction and challenges of consumers with the digital coupon and the study is only focused on the age, gender, and socio-economic status of the respondents. It aims to determine the effectiveness of the digital couponing basis for a proposed marketing strategy for microenterprises.
